Dr. Keith Wesley is a board-certified emergency medicine physician and has been involved in EMS since 1989. He has served as the Wisconsin State EMS Medical Director and the Minnesota State EMS Medical Director, and has authored several EMS textbooks, articles and papers for national audiences.
